Get to know ScreenSteps
Some procedures in a business are complicated. We may not always be able to simplify the procedure, but we make it simple to follow a complicated procedure. ScreenSteps’ purpose is to improve the lives of your employees, trainers, and company leaders at work — by providing knowledge base and performance support software that makes it simple to follow complex procedures so you save time and money.
ScreenSteps was born out of a love for teaching.
While working as instructional consultants, brothers Greg and Trevor DeVore realized there wasn’t adequate software for creating training guides. So they made their own.
What started as a way to ease the creation of training content evolved into simple tools that allow employees to manage complex situations on their own with minimal training.
Today companies use ScreenSteps to create, organize, and deliver training and performance support materials for their co-workers and employees.
Faster ramp-up time for new employees.
Reduction in post-training support time for software implementations.
Reduction in Average Hold Time for call centers.
Create 4x the documents in ¼ the time.
Capture your company’s unique procedures with customizable, step-by-step guides that enhance employee performance.
Increase QA scores, reduce questions, and decrease training time by building a modern online searchable knowledge base to keep everyone in your call center on the same page.
Increase productivity, reduce mistakes, and decrease training time by helping your employees adopt new procedures and handle complex situations without needing additional help.
Speed up your training timeline by cutting out memorizing and replacing it by teaching skills to find the answers.
Yes … the DeVores are brothers.
Greg is the company’s leading maestro. After working professionally composing music, he swapped music notes and scales to build a new masterpiece. In 2003, he co-founded Blue Mango Learning Systems with his brother, Trevor. Together they researched the training process in the ultrasound industry, which laid the groundwork for what would eventually become ScreenSteps.
Today Greg continues to be involved in creating the best user experience and helping companies reach their goals (aka: a standing ovation).
Trevor has an eye for creating solutions. Before co-founding Blue Mango Learning Systems, he created e-learning solutions using technologies such as Director, Flash, Authorware, PHP, SQL Databases, QuickTime, and other multimedia authoring environments.
Trevor breaks the code on complex procedures by developing software applications with a simple interface for users. With several years of experience developing media based training solutions, he shares his software development insights regularly at various speaking engagements.

Now Jonathan counts in a different way — specifically, in helping others improve their company through simple procedures. He develops instructional materials for ScreenSteps, including videos, as well as coaches teams as they implement our knowledge base software.
